Johan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is currently studying towards his Graduate diploma (Gdip) Business Studies majoring in Personal Financial Planning as he works towards becoming a Certified Financial planner which is the pinacle mark in the financial services industry. He started his career as Financial adviser as his very first job and has never looked back as helping and providing caring and personal service to his clients is an absolute passion to him.
As Director & Head of Operations at Leapway, he ensures all Governance, back-office systems, processes and operations run smoothly.
Johan is very passionate about the financial services industry and believes that only by truly listening to clients can we serve their financial planning needs. Regardless of whether it is a new client to the firm or an existing client, Johan believes that only through one-to-one interpersonal conversations can we serve our passion for the industry.
